Pearl's Commercial Finance Advisors are experienced Corporate Bankers often with Accounting training and experience and they know banking.  To be a Pearl Commercial Finance Advisor you require a minimum of 5 years experience in Business, Corportate or Institutional Banking.

Why is this of value to business?  When an Accountant looks at financials, generally the focus is on the relationship between revenue and profit.  How much tax is payable?  When a banker looks at financials, the focus is two fold; profitability is extremely important, however a business must also demonstrate satisfactory cash flow.  "Will your cash flow ensure that you repay me?"

The main difference however between our bankers and the banker you deal with at the bank, is that a Pearl Banker works for you, not the bank. They have a responsibility not to misrepresent themselves or you to the bank, but generally their interest is totally aligned with yours.
